A blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and Viognier with a slew of winemaking tricks thrown at it. Nearly half was fermented on skins, some went to barrel, some went to stainless. The time on skins giving the wine a gentle tactile grip to compliment the ripe tropical fruit flavours and clean acidity.
