"Shrimply Irresistible" combines; birdseye chillies, locally grown galangal, ginger, kaffir lime, lemongrass, fish sauce and shrimp paste in a 3 month ferment. Medium heat, flavour packed, yet delightfully refreshing on the palate. Limited numbers available.
