"Monceau Blood Orange is brewed with blood oranges from the South Australian Riverland, yielding floral, aromatic notes and a perfect balance of sour and sweet. Utilising an ancestral method borrowed from pétillant naturel winemaking, Monceau undergoes two fermentations. The second fermentation, in-bottle, creates natural carbonation and ever-evolving flavour profiles. Born out of a passion for low intervention, natural ferments, Monceau eschews the artificially-carbonated soft-drink style Kombucha on supermarket shelves. The focus instead is to elevate kombucha to the level of natural wine, craft beer and cider, creating sophisticated, complex flavour profiles. Meet the Dealers
We’re Antoinette, Natasha, Matt and Simon. We’re good booze lovers just like you. We started our beery journey in 2013 when we opened the famous Brewski on Brisbane’s infamous Caxton Street. In 2018 we opened our first My Beer Dealer under Brewski, it’s one of the few drink-in bottle shops in Queensland and we’re super chuffed with it. 2020 was a big year for us, we launched our online store (you’re looking at it) and opened our second bricks ‘n mortar shop next to Eagle Junction station in Brisbane’s Clayfield (we’re super chuffed with it as well). Both of these have allowed us to complement our awesome beer range with our other passions of good wine and good spirits.
As we’re a small family run business we prefer to support other family businesses and small producers, ensuring that when you visit us it’s not the same old, same old.
