"Our new all Aussie ingredient Australian Pale Ale. Featuring malt from Voyager Craft Malt in Riverina, NSW. A grist of Voyager Compass, Voyager Vienna and Janz Winter Wheat provides a crisp and dry basis for the all Aussie hops from Hop Products Australia. Moderately bittered with Super Pride hops. Then generously hopped with Enigma for both the hot and cold sides of the process. This is an incredible little Aussie smasher. 5.5% ABV and bursting with rockmelon, red berries and white grape, this beer is a pearler and celebrates our country's primary producers and of course, their products." - Currumbin Valley Brewing Co.
