The 35 year old old bush vines are planted on coarse sand with speckles of bright pink granite dotted throughout. The wine is carbonic macerated for 9 days as whole bunches in concrete and aged for 6 months in tank. We bottled it young with a small sulphur addition. It is juicy and bright with a fleshy mid palette and opens beautifully over the course of a few days." - Le Juice
