Sydney's Wayward Brewing Co has built a reputation of creating delicious beer that pays homage to the classic European styles of beer, but with their own Wayward twist. Their ethos comes from a love of travel and beer pilgrimages through Europe, and their name comes from 'Wayward' being the ethos of travellers - 'It's a desire to see what's around the corner, to take the road less travelled and to embrace whatever you find.'
