Untitled Art (USA)
Untitled Art (Wisconsin, USA) is a collaboration project between the owners of Octopi Brewing and Funk Factory Geuzeria in which they can brew whatever the heck they want without the restraints of their respective bread and butter businesses. We love their treatment of 'smoothie' and 'sherbet' sours as well as their pastry stouts. They nail flavour profiles and mouth feel without going overboard. And just to show off they know how to brew bloomin' good IPAs as well.
