Two Metre Tall is a 2 person outfit nestled in the Derwent Valley in the South of Tasmania, that produces wild ales and ciders from farm grown and locally sourced ingredients, and a whole lotta love & patience.
They're all about spontaneous ferments, experimentation, barrel aging, and throwing fruit in their ales. Tartness, funk, and complexity is what you'll find throughout their entire range.
