Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley might be best known for pubs, rooftop bars and pumping nightclubs, but in 2018 it also welcomed its first craft brewery, Soapbox Beer. Local lads, Luke and Scott, produce premium handcrafted beers that are brewed on site and rapidly gaining a reputation around the country. We're especially big fans of how how they're 'shaking up' the local beer scene with their cocktail inspired beer series 'Cocktail Hour'.
