Hiker Brewing

Salisbury's latest addition to the booming brewery business in the suburb, Hiker Brewing Concern, has been making some excellent beer since their recent inception. Founders Phil and Dan have a wealth of brewing experience behind them having previously worked for some of the biggest breweries in the Sunshine State, and now they've tamed their own beast, and it's a doozy!

Inspired by the great outdoors, adventure-seeking, hiking (duh), and birds, their beers are classic styles with modern Australian takes, and made damn well at that. They're good mates and have been regulars at MBD, and we're more than keen to share their top notch brews with the rest of Australia's craft beer community (when we can get our hands on some!).
