Bacchus
Owner and brewer Ross Kenrick acquired the Bacchus brewery and brand in 2010, and since then has placed a high priority on brewing creative and exciting craft beers out of their Capalaba location. We love their big and boozy stouts, barrel aged barleywines, and dedication to creating small batch, experimental and unique brews. A true Brissy micro-brewery dedicated to it's craft.
