"Plus & Minus is a contemporary range of wines developed to be richer in antioxidants, minus the alcohol. These zero alcohol wines have been hand-made without the use of any artificial sweeteners but do see the addition of grape skin extract (GSE) during the winemaking process. This GSE is rich in naturally occurring antioxidants delivering more of those benefits that can already be found in red wine but without the alcohol. The Plus & Minus range of wines have been uniquely hand-crafted using only high-quality grapes from premium, dry-grown South Australian vineyards. This ensures the resultant wines remain vibrant and full-flavoured once the process of removing the
alcohol has been completed.
Tasting Note: The nose displays varietal hits of Shiraz characterised by black fruits, hints of chocolate and vanilla with subtle oak hints. The palate delivers vibrant dark fruits, a touch of sweet fruit and a thin weave of tannins before ending with medium concentration. Pair it with a steak sandwich." - Plus & Minus

Meet the Dealers
We’re Antoinette, Natasha, Matt and Simon. We’re good booze lovers just like you. We started our beery journey in 2013 when we opened the famous Brewski on Brisbane’s infamous Caxton Street. In 2018 we opened our first My Beer Dealer under Brewski, it’s one of the few drink-in bottle shops in Queensland and we’re super chuffed with it. 2020 was a big year for us, we launched our online store (you’re looking at it) and opened our second bricks ‘n mortar shop next to Eagle Junction station in Brisbane’s Clayfield (we’re super chuffed with it as well). Both of these have allowed us to complement our awesome beer range with our other passions of good wine and good spirits.
As we’re a small family run business we prefer to support other family businesses and small producers, ensuring that when you visit us it’s not the same old, same old.
