Birdie Birdie was aged in French Oak puncheons, fermented with Trois yeast, and then lagered for six weeks prior to dry hopping. The result was worth the wait. An easy drinking, mixed culture Saison-Style Pilsner - slightly hopped, a tad salty, with a refreshing citrus edge.
