"Backdrop is our latest and freshest IPA. This naughty little number is as soft as they come, with a fresh juiciness right from the get go. Dry-hopped with Simcoe, Cashmere and Galaxy, we are in love with the melon, peach and tangerine flavours. The mouthfeel is medium-full with a silky texture that carries the soft feel of the hops beautifully.
