"Our Red IPA is a collaboration with our very good friends at Nowhereman Brewing in Perth.
We’ve used a very simple approach with NSW Riverina Farmer/Maltsters Voyager Malts SM-40 compromising over 90% of the grist, with a splash of Flaked Oats to round out mouthfeel.
Elevated modern hops and hopping rates have been used for balance and to steal away some of the limelight for themselves." - Helios Brewing Company
