What are we getting?

 Damn this beer is crushable. Not huge when it comes to aromats, but has a nice subtle malty sweetness on the palate, with a little complexity from the hops but nothing too in your face. Being a lager, it’s quite light in terms of mouth feel, but has enough body to leave you wanting more. A summer smasher for sure.

When to drink and what to pair it with? This is an any-time beer. Grab a 4 pack as an easy drinker in between your RIS session. Get a carton for the backyard BBQ. Heck, it's a Mexican lager, make a Michelada with it (Google it & thank me later).

Who is this beer for? This beer is super approachable, and doesn’t really take sides. It’s great for your ‘mates’ who “don’t like craft beer”, and it’s got enough going on to satisfy the beer geeks out there. Next time your mate says he only drinks a beer that sounds like a certain virus, send him to Aether instead.

Is this beer readily available? This is now a part of their core range – so you can crush it year round.

Why do we like this beer? I’ve never been a big fan of sitting on the same beer for an entire drinking session, but this is something I’d happily get as an in-between beer, or to share a carton with some pals. Crisp as!

We’re Antoinette, Natasha, Matt and Simon. We’re good booze lovers just like you. We started our beery journey in 2013 when we opened the famous Brewski on Brisbane’s infamous Caxton Street. In 2018 we opened our first My Beer Dealer under Brewski, it’s one of the few drink-in bottle shops in Queensland and we’re super chuffed with it. 2020 was a big year for us, we launched our online store (you’re looking at it) and opened our second bricks ‘n mortar shop next to Eagle Junction station in Brisbane’s Clayfield (we’re super chuffed with it as well). Both of these have allowed us to complement our awesome beer range with our other passions of good wine and good spirits.

As we’re a small family run business we prefer to support other family businesses and small producers, ensuring that when you visit us it’s not the same old, same old.
